Welcome to Arnfeldt, a small hotel and restaurant in the centre of Ærøskøbing on the island of Ærø.

Arnfeldt is housed in one of the old buildings of the town and has just six rooms. We wanted to create a place that feels personal and relaxed, closely connected to the house, the town and the island around it.

Arnfeldt is owned and run by Ariel Calabrese and Manja Mikkelsen. Together, they oversee both the hotel and the restaurant and remain closely involved in the daily experience of their guests.

Ariel is a French chef whose background includes restaurants in Paris before moving to Denmark. At Arnfeldt, he serves a seasonal tasting menu shaped by the ingredients available on Ærø and in Denmark, while Manja leads the hospitality and the experience of the house.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, and guests are invited to enjoy the garden, the historic streets of Ærøskøbing and the slower rhythm of island life.

Arnfeldt is not intended to be a conventional hotel. It is a small house where food, hospitality and the experience of staying on Ærø are closely connected.
